Cristi Dunca chose to give up all opportunities and offers received to develop top projects abroad, in order to stay at home and continue feeding his passion for mountains and extreme sports. He studied "Tourism Management" for 4 years at a private university in Vienna to gain solid knowledge in mountain tourism and to be able to help his father in developing a mountain resort.

"From a young age, I have loved all sports, especially extreme and winter sports. I am a perpetually smiling, fun, and of course, serious person. I am young, eager to work, and open to new things! I enjoy setting goals so I can later enjoy achieving them. I like spending time with people who are more advanced and experienced than me, as they challenge me to grow. I chose to study management to bring all my acquired knowledge to this resort."

Out of a passion for nature, tourism, and extreme sports, Romeo Dunca set out on a journey to develop mountain tourism in Caraș Severin county, investing all his energy and resources to create the most heartfelt project. Today, it materializes as one of the most modern ski resorts in the country, built to Western standards.

A rider with extensive experience in two-wheeled sports, representing Romania at the 4cross world championships, chose to join the team in developing summer tourism on Muntele Mic - providing assistance in designing freeride trails in the resort.
